SpaceBrows terms and conditions
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy the SpaceBrows online brow course through en.space-brows.pl. The seller is LAUNCHAGENCY LLP, company number OC461097, 3rd Floor Suite, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, United Kingdom. Contact: rootisk@proton.me.
2. The course
SpaceBrows is an online educational course covering client consultation, brow mapping, asymmetry correction, brow shaping and tinting. The course includes recorded lessons and supporting digital materials. It does not provide a regulated professional qualification and does not replace any licence, insurance or health-and-safety training required for your work.
3. Price and payment
The launch price for the UK version is £12.99. The total payable amount is shown before you confirm your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we send your order-confirmation email.
4. First UK group and course access
We are currently forming the first UK group. We will send course-access details to the email address used for your order within 5 days.
If the minimum group size is not reached, we will cancel the launch and issue a full refund to the original payment method. If you do not wish to wait, reply to the confirmation email within those 5 days and we will arrange a full refund straight away.
5. Cancellation and our money-back guarantee
Consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. If you ask us to provide digital content during that period, you may be asked to give express consent and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request it, email rootisk@proton.me from the address used for your order. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Your access and permitted use
Course access is personal to you. You must not share access links, copy, record, resell, publish or distribute course materials without our written permission. You may use what you learn in your own professional work.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the course available and may make reasonable updates to improve accuracy, quality or compatibility. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any material change will not reduce the core course you purchased.
8. Quality and statutory rights
The digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for any particular purpose made known to us where the law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
9. Responsibility
Course results depend on your practice, products, client circumstances and compliance with professional standards. We do not guarantee a particular business income or client result. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Complaints
Please send complaints to rootisk@proton.me. Include your order email and a clear description of the issue so that we can investigate it promptly.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
