2. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- your name and email address;
- order, payment-status and course-access information;
- messages and customer-support correspondence;
- technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies and similar identifiers;
- website usage and advertising-attribution information.
Stripe processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
3. Why we use your information
- To process your order and provide the course — because it is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To provide support, prevent fraud and protect the service — for our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable business.
- To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations — because the law requires it.
- To measure website performance and advertising — with consent where required, or for our legitimate interests where the law permits.
- To send marketing messages — only where we have a valid legal basis. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to operate SpaceBrows, including website hosting, Firebase/Google cloud services, Stripe for payment processing, email delivery, Telegram for course delivery, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Microsoft Clarity and analytics providers. These providers process information only for the relevant service and under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. How long we keep information
We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by applicable tax and legal rules. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed to resolve the matter. Marketing information is retained until you opt out or it is no longer needed. Technical logs and analytics data are retained according to the relevant provider settings and our operational needs.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to operate the website and checkout. With your consent where required, we also use analytics and advertising technologies to understand website performance and measure campaigns. You can change your browser settings or use the consent controls available on the website.
8. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions in UK data-protection law, you may have the right to:
- ask for access to your personal information;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- ask us to delete or restrict the use of your information;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
